EDIBLE OUT AND ABOUT: MIDNIGHT AT THE MARKET
In the wee hours of a July night, photographer Lauren McClure captured these images at the Dallas Farmers Market. The Chef’s Walk is a midnight event held regularly on first Thursday of each month during growing season. Chefs and foodies alike are invited to come and purchase bulk, wholesale-priced produce from area farmers. Check on the Dallas Farmers Market Friends website for an update on the schedule.
