ANOTHER COOKBOOK FROM DALLAS’ TOP CHEFS TO BENEFIT THE DALLAS 24 HOUR CLUB

Dallas 24 Hour Club is pleased to announce their second annual cookbook titled Cooking at Home Through the Seasons: A Collection of Recipes Created by Dallas’ Top Chefs from Their Homes to Yours. Sales will provide funds critical to supporting their mission to “provide safe, sober transitional living for homeless men and women seeking a new life away from drugs and alcohol.”

“I always crave a nice, hearty, soul-feeding curry for the winter season because it warms up your entire body with all the herbs and spices in the dish. This curry has a silky coconut milk that gives off a gentle, soothing mouthfeel when you take a bite, and in the curry paste there are chilies, lemongrass, galangal, peppercorns and makrut leaves, which lightly heat our bodies and keep us warm. Curry is the epitome of Thai comfort food!” —Nikky Phinyawatana
