Makes one cocktail
2 ounces sloe gin liqueur
1 ounce Waterboy Farms Tonic Syrup (recipe here)
Garnish with grapefruit peel, seasonal herbs and edible flowers
Mix gin and syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Pour into a tall glass, garnish and serve.
