Makes 1 serving
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
½ ounce (1 tablespoon) maple syrup
½ ounce (1 tablespoon) orange juice
¾ ounce (1½ tablespoons) lemon juice
1½ ounces (1 jigger or 3 tablespoons) Texas bourbon
Garnish: Flamed orange wheel and rosemary
In a rocks glass, add first 5 ingredients with ice and stir. Garnish and serve.
