Pear-ly Beloved

3 thin slices of bosc pear (unpeeled)
2 ounces Wilderton Earth Botanical Spirits
2 tiny pinches of cinnamon
1 ounce simple syrup *
1 ounce lime juice
Black salt

Muddle (mash/crush) pear slices and add spirits, cinnamon, simple syrup, and lime juice to a shaker; add ice and shake vigorously. Moisten the rim of a martini glass with lime juice and dip the edge into the black salt; double strain the mixture and pour into the prepared glass. Garnish with edible flowers.

*Simple Syrup: Combine ½ cup sugar and ½ cup water in a jar with a lid; cover and shake until sugar is dissolved. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
