Spirit-Free Spritz

¾ ounce Wilderton Bittersweet Aperitivo
1 ounce Strawberry Chamomile Syrup *
Fresh lemon, cut in wedges for garnish
Soda water

Build the mocktail in a Collins glass and top with your favorite sparkling mineral water. Garnish with lemon wedge.

*Strawberry Chamomile Syrup

1 cup water
1 cup raw, unbleached sugar
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
4 teabags of chamomile tea

Combine all ingredients except the teabags in a saucepan. Heat and stir until the sugar is dissolved, reduce heat and add tea bags to steep for 15 minutes. Strain, bottle, and refrigerate
