We have compiled this ongoing resource list to support local farms and producers who are implementing home delivery, drop-off sites, farm pick-up, free or low cost shipping … ways we can continue to support our North Texas food producer community.

Cold Springs Farm CSA

• WHAT: Pastured heritage pork and chicken, grass fed beef (J Lazy S), and sustainably grown seasonal produce.

Eden’s Organic Garden Center/CSA Farm

• WHAT: Urban farm and mini-organic farmer’s market in southeast Dallas County’s food desert. More info online HERE.

Evans Homestead

F.A.R.M. 

• WHAT: Farmers Assisting Returning Military (F.A.R.M.) — with restaurants closed during the covid-19 crisis, many Veteran Farmers have lost their revenues. In order to help alleviate current food shortages while helping our farmers, you can order online high quality local grass feed, free range bison, grass fed and finished beef, pork, chicken, chicken and duck eggs, mushrooms, teas, and more. See website for availability.

Fisher Family Farm & Ranch

• WHAT: A family-owned farm in Fruitvale, Texas, offering FARM-TO-DOOR delivery service throughout DFW. Seasonal veggies, fruits, beef, and poultry.

Forty Five Farm

• WHAT: Seasonal local produce in Gainesville, TX; follow organic principles with copious compost.

Promise of Peace Gardens

• WHAT: Community and school gardens growing fresh, nutrient dense, beautiful veggies. Order a POP Harvest Garden Box for $25. We also have Texas Fungus mushrooms at $10 per half-lb / $20 per lb.

Reeves Family Farm

• WHAT: As a temporary extension of their farm and Farm Store, the Reeves family has put together weekly fresh food drop-offs in NEIGHBORHOOD FARM boxes, filled with fruits and vegetables, fresh bread from La Francaise bakery, and eggs (when available).

Rehoboth Ranch

Sapling Farms
